Your responsibilities:

  • Become an integral part of our sales team and work with us to achieve our growth objectives
  • Work closely with our management team to develop and improve the sales strategy
  • Coordinate internal and external sales activities
  • Build long-term partnerships and represent Okomo at major events
  • Take responsibility and show market opportunities and potential for improvement in our sales strategy
  • Create new business cases and clarify our USP for new business segments

Your profile:

  • You are a student or have recently completed your studies with a focus on business administration, marketing or similar
  • You are analytically strong and are motivated by degrees
  • You have excellent language skills and communicate confidently and purposefully, orally as well as in writing
  • You have gained first relevant experience, ideally in marketing in a tech start-up environment
  • You are confident in dealing with social media, Google Analytics and WordPress are a plus
  • You are interested in building an international brand
  • You have a passion for marketing and tech start-ups
  • You speak German and English fluently, French is an advantage

Your responsibilities:

  • Improve and optimise our online presence with WordPress
  • Improve and optimise our web-based product together with our product team
  • Support our marketing team in the design of brochures, presentations and other materials

Your profile:

  • You have a passion for digital design and/or UI/UX
  • You can understand customers and end users and adapt our product to their needs
  • You have a feeling for simple, clear and attractive user interfaces (UI)
  • You have already implemented several UI/UX projects and worked with WordPress, HTML/CSS are a plus
  • You are interested in new technologies and tech start-ups
  • You speak German and English fluently, French is an advantage

  • UX-optimisation of existing software components
  • Your goal is to combine design with high usability and perfect functionality

Your profile:

  • A practice-oriented degree or comparable training in the digital or design field, interface design or digital design
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of UI design, front-end development, UX/Usability
  • Sound knowledge of products such as InVision, Sketch or Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Adobe XD)
  • project experience in design for (responsive) web applications a careful, reliable and structured approach
  • You have already gained experience in agile development teams and the basics of Scrum are no foreign word to you
  • Project experience in the design of mobile applications desirable Knowledge in the design of corporate design and marketing materials
  • Team player with female colleagues at several locations
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
