As sales and services communications software (SaS), we elegantly combine video and voice calls, live chat, call appointments, and integrate the solution directly into all online channels, including websites, email, and social media, driving the sales conversions of service-oriented businesses.

We are looking for a communication manager, student or graduate who will play an integral role in the development and development of Okomo’s presence.

What is your task?

As Communication Manager you are responsible for the following tasks:

Write engaging and strong texts for our website, our software, and presentations, marketing material, PR, e-mails, etc. (Focus German, English if necessary).
Develop high-quality content and show interest in trends, technologies, products and challenges in the market.
Assess, analyze and improve the effectiveness of your texts with A / B Testing.
Work closely with the social media manager to ensure coordinated communication. Inspire our target audience and let them read about Okomo on different communication channels.
What are we looking for?

B.A. in communication, PR, marketing, business, new media, o. Ä. prefers
German as mother tongue and fluent English
A creative mind for new ideas and engaging texts
Motivation and proven proof for writing appealing and high-quality texts
Good analytical skills
The ability and the will to work independently

We are looking for a social media manager, student or graduate who will play an integral role in the development and development of Okomo’s online presence.

What is your task?

As a social media manager you are responsible for the following tasks:

Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy through competitive and market analysis
Investigate and establish how companies interact with their online audience and engage in personal and trusting relationships
Parts created content regularly on the various social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.
Ensure engagement by initiating and/or joining ongoing discussions and sharing high-quality social media content
Track and examine social media statistics
Your goal is to increase the number of followers, shares, and likes and channel interactions across Okomo’s social media channels.

What are we looking for?

B.A. in communication, marketing, business, new media, PR or the like prefers
Excellent writing skills, editing experience (photo / video / text), presentation and communication skills
Proven experience with social networking and social media tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
Excellent writing skills in German and English
The ability and the will to work independently
