The digital business card is your personal expert profile in the form of an individual URL.
With the digital business card, your customers see your personal information (name, photo, position, introductory text and filters) and can contact you directly - at any time and without complications.
Contact can be established via live chat, audio or /video call, appointment or even screen transmission, without download and registration for your customers.
You can find your individual URL in the Expert Portal via Settings < "Share digital business card".
You can embed your digital business card in a variety of channels:
- Email Signature: This allows you to contact your customers directly through your email signature.
- Social media: Add your LinkedIn or Xing profile with your contact details and possibility for live interaction
- Newsletter: Increase the conversion of your newsletters and allow your customers direct contact
Website: Receive direct customer inquiries via specific landing pages
