My company has a highly restrictive firewall and Okomo does not work for me. What can I do?

It may happen that your company has a highly restrictive firewall, making it difficult for you to use Okomo initially.

But that is not a problem. To make full use of Okomo, your system administrator usually needs the following information:

IP’s for App Service: 51.103.128.221, 51.103.131.179, 51.103.132.184, 51.103.132.243, 51.103.132.223
URLs: portal.okomo.com
proxy/Ports: 80 (HTTPS) und 443 HTTPS
