With the help of the filter functions, all stand exhibitors of your event or trade fair can be displayed on the event widget. By defining different filters (e.g. industries or exhibition halls) exhibitors can be found in the virtual exhibitor directory.
As an organizer, we make sure that you receive a completely ready to use and preconfigured solution that allows your exhibitors and visitors to start using live communication directly without any effort on their part.
You provide us in advance with all information about your event and the exhibitors. Afterwards we will set up the ready solution for you, provide you and your exhibitors with the access data and provide you with materials for the best possible use with Okomo. As Okomo is completely web-based and can be used without download and registration, there are no specific IT requirements for using live communication. For a smooth communication we recommend the browser Google Chrome and of course a stable fast internet connection.
